“Creation’s gold mine is in you. The key is
In high school, I designed a beautiful dream box, covered in bright butterflies, inspiring quotations, and sparkling stars. I called my dream box Thoughts Universe and kept it throughout my college years. All the things that I desired and intended for myself and others I dropped in this box with a high expectation of fulfillment.
My Thoughts Universe served as a fantastic tool to get in sync with my desires, intentions, and unrealistic expectations of myself. I made a promise that I would never open it, for fear that I would focus on the lack and not the desire. But, when I landed my first career in the electrical engineering field, Thoughts Universe could hold no more dreams. I tipped it over and displayed all the notebook paper, cut-out magazine images, and small monumental items on the floor around me. As I curiously opened every paper, happiness tears streamed down my face. About 80% of what I asked for came to fruition: far more significant than what I imagined and I didn’t even realize it. I had become the woman I intended to be and more.
“To desire a state is to have it.”― Neville Goddard
I marveled over my transformative power to set an intention and change to become it. I realized that all past experiences prepared me for everything that I asked for, and the universe supported me throughout the process. All the different circumstances, failures, and successes was a blessing in disguise that would lead me to my fulfilled desires.
“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.” Matthew 7:7
We are constantly changing in every moment, and when we understand our transformative power, we can design the world we wish to live. It is essential to have a personal understanding of what transformation means to you. What you believe and how you perceive the changes within you will determine the outcome of your experiences.
“Life is a moving, breathing thing. We have to be willing to constantly evolve. Perfection is constant transformation.”- Nia Peeples
What is Transformation
Transformation is not only about the change in our appearance or form. It is also the power to set our intentions by making a firm decision to change our thoughts and move in the direction of our burning desires. Transformation happens from within, and when we vibrationally ask to be better than we were yesterday the entire universe lights the path to show us the way to our highest expression.
“We are constantly transforming so that we may live and become our highest expression” – Cedes Truth
Discovering my transformative power inspired me to dig deeper into the nature of all things. I aimed to find the common ground of preparatory transformation between all living organisms in the universe. My research began with the first single human cell (zygote), plants, and insects.
At conception, a zygote knows what it is and what it will become, carrying the full blueprint of the entire human structure. To prepare for transformation into a human, the single cell gathers enough nutrients and energy to divide, combine, and reproduce trillions of cells. This act of cell division forms the tissues and organs of the human body. Your body formed from the vision and perseverance of one single cell. That single cell had a passionate intention to build the structure rooted in its core, stopping at nothing to bring its vision to life.
The monarch butterflies are masters at transformative power. They set their intention at birth to have the ability to fly. The female butterflies die right after laying their eggs on milkweed to help prepare their offspring for transformation. As soon as the eggs hatch the caterpillars eat milkweed all day and night without a worry in the world. Getting bigger and bigger they build up enough nutrients to form a cocoon. While in their cocoon they change their outer appearance to blend with the colors of nature and stay hidden. When the day comes and the transformation is complete the butterfly struggles to come out of its cocoon, sacrificing everything to fly. The transformation did not begin when the caterpillar became a butterfly; it takes place the whole life cycle of its existence.
The Bamboo tree prepares for its transformation in the soil for five years. Within the five years, it must be watered and fertilized daily to accomplish its core intention of developing enough strength to touch the sky. Once the bamboo breaks the soil, it takes only six weeks to be 90 feet tall. The bamboo established its intention in the ground then grew into everything it desired to be, residing high in the sky, making beautiful music with the wind.
“Proclaim the intention, believe that you can bring it to fruition, act on your excitement, and feel the universe beside you, leading the way” -Cedes Truth
There are many more living organisms in the universe that recognize their transformative power. Its time we acknowledge ours and prepare for transformation as well. It is our desires and intentions that shape the clay of all possible realities, and the only thing we need to do is decide on what we would like to experience.
My top 3 profound common grounds between all living organisms in the universe based on my research is:
1. Intention– Intention begins at conception. When we commit to carrying out
2. Universal Support (Law of Attraction)- No matter who or what you are the universe will vibrationally match your intention and support you with all the necessary nutrients, surroundings, and love needed to transform. The caterpillars have an abundance of milkweed to help them with their beautiful transformation into monarch butterflies. The plants and trees have enough nutrients and water in the soil to help them grow. A single cell has all the information it will ever need to become the vision in its heart.
3. Love of Self– The self-love that all organisms have the second of conception takes my breath away, and I have no words. We are willing to suffer and give up our very own existence for our own happiness and transformation. When our cup is full, it flows over into the cups of others, and we transform and evolve together. I believe that we are our universe and when we love ourselves, we love all things.

Ways to Prepare for Transformation
Prepare for your transformation by writing down your intentions and desires in a planner or journal.
Build a Dream Box
Write your preferences down and put them in a closed box. Believe that whatever falls in the box is being prepared by the universe and will be manifested into your reality
The world is declarative. Speak your desires into existence and give them a home in your mind and environment. Proclaim about who you prefer to be or who you have become.
Find a quiet place in your home, close your eyes, and let go of all resistance. When the mind is quiet, you become a circuit that allows all things to flow smoothly in your direction.
Form a Mastermind
The cells in the human body create a mastermind of cells to help build their vision. Go out in your environment, network with like-minded individuals that believe in your intention and form a mastermind. This Mastermind will help you prepare and live your highest expression.
Exercise, drink plenty of water, and eat foods that make you feel healthy
Taking care of yourself helps you to feel good about yourself and sets the platform to become your desires.
When you are happy, you attract happiness, based on the law of attraction. In every moment of satisfaction milk it and live in the moment. Find things that match that good feeling and start a thread of awesome moments throughout the day.
Get your 8-10 hours of sleep every night
Sleeping will help you get rid of resistance and give you clarity and strength to transform.
Imagine your Preferred State
Imagination is the powerhouse of our existence, and when we visualize a higher concept of ourselves, we expand our knowledge of what good feels like and should be. We train our bodies to know and expect what we truly desire.
“First comes thought; then organization of that thought into ideas and plans; then transformation of those plans into reality. The beginning, as you will observe, is in your imagination.” -Napoleon Hill
You give your life meaning and how you observe and perceive your world will determine your concept of transformation. Transformation does not have to be a drastic physical change in form or appearance. Transformation can be a change in the way you feel and thought patterns. Discover the transformative power within you and reach for your highest excitement and watch the universe unfold just for you, opening the door to new possibilities and continuous moments of happiness.
